I want to welcome you all to Tailored Plans! I'm so excited to serve and elevate small businesses. I've always had a strong desire to write and share with others. Here is my chance! I will be bringing you content on business strategies, productivity, organization, and planning. I’m excited to share all of this with my business partners. FYI-I like to call my clients “Business Partners” because we collaborate and work towards the same goals. To have a successful business, we need a team of professionals to prosper. You can’t do it all by yourself. It’s not healthy.

I understand that business ownership is exciting and yet scary. There is so much to do in such little time. I established this business to help ease the scariness and to help you feel more confident along your journey. The entrepreneurship journey is a life long learning process. One tip I have is always to be willing to learn and ask for help. I'm continuously learning and seeking advice about the industry to keep up with trends. Your business is your legacy, and we must make sure that we are leaving behind a well-oiled machine.

A business owner's biggest mistake is to spend time “ looking like a business" in the beginning stages instead of “Being a Business." Sometimes, the focus is on the presentation, which I like to call the "Pretty stuff," like showing someone your business card or a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing social media page. Don't get me wrong, that's important too, but so is the administrative planning. Your business's essential areas are financials, taxes, strategic planning, contracts, human resources, etc.

There are many reasons why businesses fail, but one primary cause is lack of planning. Don't worry; that's why I created Tailored Plans to help business owners plan and execute their goals.
